The foremost authority on astrology in the hierarchy of masters in this planet is Dhjwal Khul, otherwise known as the Tibetan master. He places the beginning of the Aquarian Age in 1945. When the atomic bomb exploded at that time we began to transcend third dimensional laws; this occurred when but an ounce of uranium shifted from matter to become light. Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius derives from the Greek word Ouranos meaning heaven. At this point the etheric web (mulaprakriti) became breached and a bleed though of a higher dimension was inaugurated.

Since we are children playing with toys, the higher intelligence turned this karmic breach into an awakening of the planet; hence, our earth became a focal point for UFO’s.

If one studies the esoteric literature of the solar system, there once was a planet named Maldek which existed between Jupiter and Mars that is now a belt of asteroids due to an atomic mishap. The solar government as well as other higher dimensional overseers made a determination that this would not happen again. This is why our space is presently a parking lot for UFO’s. This discovery of the atomic core is leading to an increasing entrainment of the fourth dimensional frequency known as “space/time”. Increasing advancements in science led to the collapse of our provincial isolation into to what is now known as the global mind due to the ingress of the digital computer.

The children born since 1945 became known as the “Flower Children” or hippies in the 1960 with the apprehension that there was more to reality than what was told to them. As an astrologer myself, I wrote in MYSTERIES: Ancient & Modern the planet Pluto fecunded the orbit of Neptune in 1979 which was a signal for the collective unconscious of humanity to receive a major overhauling. The trans-Saturnian planets represent what is taking place in the collective mind of humanity. Whereas the mature Saturnian is a planetary citizen, Pluto represents the cosmic citizen. Since the myth of Pluto represents death and rebirth, humanity is destined in these times to go through a bardo state not unlike death which will precipitate in 2012. This is none other than a death from the third dimension to the fourth dimension of “space/time” which is not linear like the third dimension. Similarly in the bardo state one sees the events in life in the now as in a panorama.

The Harmonic Convergence is otherwise known in Mayan science as a sychonronization with the galactic core via our solar system and the earth. Becoming a galactic citizen entails more than just global communication; we will be able to communicate with angelic realms as well as masters on higher frequencies. Pluto also deals with the planetary dweller on the threshold focused through the shadow sides of humanity embodied in the materialistic plutocrats, who through selfishness, do not want the evolutionary cycle to proceed.

The heirarchy works in increments of twenty five year periods. As mentioned in my previous article on These Times, the First Ray of Shamballa destroyed the negativity on the astral plane in 1975 which shifted the battle between light and dark to the mental plane. Dwjhal Khul says that by the year 2000 the balance between the forces of light and darkness will be equal for the first time in the history of this planet; this planet being a non sacred planet which is destined to become a sacred plane. D.K. also asserts for this reason, that the sign of Libra will play an important role in the balancing of these separate forces. We are at a pivotal point at this time as signified by the glyph for Libra which represents the scales. Since Uranus is the esoteric ruler of Libra, dramatic changes will occur depending on the choices humanity takes. Sai Baba, as I mentioned before, says that the New Age will be a creation of man and not God. This is true if one believes in free will. We are presently in the birth canal awaiting a birth out of our chrysalis into the fourth dimension.
