I am looking for some advice or insights on acid reflux. Acid reflux – more specifically silent reflux - for me manifests as pain in the throat, especially when I wake up in the morning. This has all been a big concern to me, since I sing a lot in my daily life, and even though I intellectually understand this pain to be an illusion, I still worry about damaging my voice and not being able to sing. Also it usually manifests when I have to give “important”…
