Isochronic Tones-Schumann Resonance 27.3 Hz
I found this really helps keep my spine clear. Feels like it's helping the Hadji-Ka practices. The Schumann Resonance at 7.83 Hz is said to be the frequency of our planet. At 27.3 Hz it is at a higher octave.

i feel like i am standing in a pool and a gentle waterfall is pouring down my spine.
i would like to have it on my desk top . it is beautiful, i like it with my eyes closed

Yes, the visual is not important. Better to listen with closed eyes.

Dhani you werent kidding with the spine. I can actually feel it from the top of my head travelling downward and upward

Orb - Star Beings or Fairy?

My Bo's daughter (21) experienced an orb in front of her at 3:00am a few mornings ago. The room was pitch dark and she opened her eyes to see a small ball of light floating in front of her bouncing a bit. Her reaction was to reach out for it. It then moved sideways and bounced around before disappearing.
She said her feeling was about it was friendly, and she felt a sense of comfort from it, because she was awake worrying about something.
Any ideas on who it may have been,…
